The casino was completed next to the acclaimed Bingo Hall and its doors opened to the public July 15, 1994. A Compact was signed with the State of Washington in December of 1992. Negotiations for a gaming license came soon after in 1990. The casino's origins lie in the Tribe's 1985 bingo operation.
